Cactus Saddlery is so sure that you will be satisfied that we have extended our warranty on all of our saddles. All of our saddles now come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty* on craftsmanship and a 10-year warranty on the saddle tree*.
To ensure that you have activated your warranty, Cactus Saddlery started the Register Your Saddle program. When you buy a Cactus saddle from any of our fantastic dealers, you can go online to www.cactussaddlery.com/registration/ and answer a few simple questions to set up your warranty. Information you will need includes your contact information, the purchase information, and the serial number from your saddle. It’s that easy to guarantee your saddle for up to 10 years.
